Air Port Boat Lift Systems air actuated boat hoists carry a lifetime warranty on materials and workmanship.

This warranty does not apply if lift is placed in salt water.There is a two year warranty on all electrical components. These warranties begin the day the lift is delivered.

APBLS may elect which remedy or combination of remedies to provide in its sole discretion.

APBLS shall have a reasonable time after determining that a defective Product exists to repair or replace a defective Product.

APBLS' repaired Product under its limited warranty will be manufactured from new and serviceable used parts.

APBLS' warranty does not include coverage from damage caused by storms, excessive wave action, or misuse/mistreatment by the lifts owner or caretaker.

APBLS' warranty is void if lift is re-sold, moved from its original location or modified from its original format in any way. This warranty does not apply if lift is placed in salt water.
